Useful resources

As you have no doubt found out if you have ever googled anything around MS there are so many different sources of information, which can be confusing as each takes a slightly different viewpoint and can sometimes look like they contradict one another.  I have included a small sample here of some of the main charities; support forums and a popular blogs here.  Each offers further useful information; the larger charities (The MS Trust and Multiple Sclerosis Society) have excellent pages on the different treatment options while ShiftMS is an interactive forum-based site where you can ask questions and check in for more personal support.

Please bear in mind though that your MS nurse or neurologist is your first point of contact for medical queries and concerns; that's what they're there for, and they're happy to put your mind at ease.
